Refund policy
1. Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted for products with verified quality defects. Returns requested due to subjective reasons, including but not limited to personal preference, fit dissatisfaction, or style mismatch, will not be approved.
2. Size Exchange Policy
◦ Unworn, unwashed products with original tags and packaging intact are eligible for size exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
◦ All shipping costs incurred for the exchange shall be borne solely by the buyer.
◦ Products with removed tags, altered packaging, or signs of use will be rejected for exchange.
3. Returns & Exchanges for Quality Issues
◦ Products with confirmed quality issues (e.g., damage, stains, incorrect sizing, manufacturing defects excluding minor loose threads) are eligible for free return or exchange.
◦ The buyer must submit clear photo or video evidence of the quality defect to our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Upon verification, we will arrange the return/exchange process and cover the associated shipping costs.
4. Special Provisions
◦ All discounted items are final and non-returnable, non-exchangeable.
◦ Discounted products may have minor, non-functional imperfections due to the manufacturing or material characteristics. We recommend cautious purchase if you have high sensitivity to such details.
